Who it serves
This program supports South Florida young people ages 16–21 who are beginning to make decisions about employment, college, technical education, or long-term career direction.
Open a door that a young person may not otherwise see.
Companies can host workplace visits, provide volunteer speakers, offer career demonstrations, sponsor workshops, or introduce participants to new industries.
